Terms & Conditions


Hardware and Software costs of any kind are not covered under the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to cost of repairs and or replacement of Hardware or Software and or cost of any additional equipment purchased by Client.

Hours of Operation

Standard Business Hours
Services covered under the terms of this Agreement will be provided to Client by Service Provider during Standard Business Hours, which are between the hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays for NSW.

After Hours
Services performed outside of Standard Business Hours, herein referred to as After Hours, which are before 8:30am and after 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, including Weekends and Public Holidays for NSW, shall be subject to provisions of Appendix B.

Limitation of Liability

At no time shall Service Provider be liable for any obligation different from those expressly set forth in this agreement, nor shall Service Provider be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind or any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of business revenue or profits, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, loss or corruption of data, or other costs), with respect to this agreement.
